The tnv system can be used to heat and treat the waste gas in the coating drying furnace. The system has obtained satisfactory economic and social benefits. The VOC emitted by the drying furnace is preheated and then sent to the direct combustion waste gas incinerator (TAR). The VOC is directly burned in contact with the incinerator flame. The waste gas is oxidized and decomposed under high temperature to become odorless and harmless carbon dioxide and water. The high-temperature flue gas discharged by the waste gas incinerator is preheated and constant temperature for the drying chamber through multi-stage heat exchanger. The final Waste heat collection is used for heating of fresh air or pretreatment.
